Bob Kenward has pointed out that the Woodshed sesions in The Wrotham Arms during the Broadstairs festival won't start until later, as Jen has bands booked in at lunchtimes. I'll keep you posted.

Friday Folk has been at this venue since it's formation in September 1987.

It has grown from local performers taking turns to play for their beer in the bar, into a fully fledged folk club, booking local acts, and top circuit performers, and all those in between.

It is NOT  the main Orpington Folk Club, but happily sits alongside. Our town is fortunate to have two clubs. It will be great if both clubs survived, they both need as much support as possible.

Friday Folk has run continually at the same venue for over nineteen years.

You do not have to be a party or club member to attend.
